A Project

James and our friends, Timmy and Tye, decided it was time to brew their own beer. So they used our home as the brewery. The first batch was Samuel Smith Nut Brown. The project began on September 6th if the calendar in my camera is correct.Brewing
Moving the beer from the pot to the primary fermenter.
Moving the beer again, this time from the carboy back to the primary fermenter.
Bottling!
We sampled the batch 6 or 7 weeks after the process began. Cheers to brown beer! It came out tasting more like a wheat beer than the Sam Smith Nut Brown. Batch 2 is in the planning stages and we'll have an update on that later on.
