In the beginning of October we went to the Austin City Limits (ACL) Music Festival mainly to see John Legend, Mos Def, and The Decemberists. Two days before we went we saw John Legend in concert here in Houston, so it was double the fun for me! His shows are always great so if you ever have a chance to see him, DO IT! Anyway, we had tickets to Friday and Saturday shows at ACL. The weather was gorgeous on Friday, sunny and warm. On Saturday it rained ALL day, so walking through Zilker Park was like walking through soup. Ew!

One of the stages. Phoenix was performing and they were awesome. Very appreciative of the thousands of people who came to see them. The way they soaked in the moment made me want to cry! Just like Top 10 on ESPN...
John Legend appeared out of no where! We were THAT close! Actually we've been closer, he walked right next to our seats at the show we saw him at in January. Mmm.

Mos Def. His show started 20 minutes late, which was so not cool. Then he played the drums and his show wasn't very impressive. Boo for that show.
