Batches #2 and #3

I was just reading over some older posts we did, and realized I never updated this for Batch #2 of homebrew! The boys did Real Ale Brewhouse Brown. It's a Texan beer, and we enjoy it when we buy it from the store. So the the boys made it and it tasted a little better than Batch #1, but still needed something. Filtered water perhaps! So Batch #3 was lovingly made with filtered water. Batch #3 is a ginger pale ale. It was bottled this past weekend and should be ready for consumption in 3 weeks. I'm excited.
