Moving the beer from the pot to the primary fermenter.
Moving the beer again, this time from the carboy back to the primary fermenter.
Bottling!We sampled the batch 6 or 7 weeks after the process began. Cheers to brown beer! It came out tasting more like a wheat beer than the Sam Smith Nut Brown. Batch 2 is in the planning stages and we'll have an update on that later on.
